  • Management System
    • Teacher
      • Any number of teachers is allowed
      • Manage classes (create / edit / delete)
      • Manage students within classes (create / edit / delete)
      • Move students between classes in the edit student menu, only within classes owned by the teacher.
      • Teacher can only delete classes if they are empty.
      • Teacher can change student password, but only see password when first creating student
    • Administrator / School
      • One administrator per school
      • Has all functions as a teacher: in a small school, only admin mode is needed and additional functions can be ignored.
      • Manage teachers (create / edit / delete)
      • Assign / reassign teachers to classes (in edit classes menu)
      • Move students between classes, even if those classes are owned by other teachers
    • Super Admin
      • Controlled by WordSmart only
      • Can manage (create / edit / delete)
      • Set the maximum students in a school
      • Can set school mode: Open/Closed, etc.
